3-5 years of Proven experience in Bench sales in the US IT staffing and consulting Industry, Well versed with marketing H1B Transfer /OPT /GC/USC consultants.

•  Responsible for marketing IT Bench Consultants specially H1B Transfer candidates with quality vendors preferably Prime /Tier 1 Vendor .

•  Should have excellent knowledge understanding on complete life cycle of the Bench Sales / Bench Marketing.

•  Good understanding of IT jobs , Technologies and Skills .

•  Good understanding of Basic Immigration related matters , Well versed with US Tax term and contractual positions .

•   Expert in Job Portal searches likes Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Tech fetch, Indeed, LinkedIn etc, mass emailing and…
